Last month, we posted a blog about the people who work at Circadiance and how they set this company apart from others. This week, we will introduce the next part of our Vision 2020 blog series: CULTURE. Culture inevitably goes hand-in-hand with who we are and what our vision is for the future. Company culture evolves everyday, but it is also guided to fit the vision of management. Below describes what our culture looks like and what we want to become.

At the end of 2019, we posted a blog that outlined the industry trends we anticipate for 2020 and how that will impact Circadiance for the years to come. Part of being ready to react to market and policy changes is having a solid sense of who we are as a company and what our vision is for the future. Throughout this year we will be posting about what sets our vision and our company apart from the rest. Our first focus is the most important of all—people.

The end of the fourth quarter is a time for reflecting on the past year and looking ahead to the new year. In 2019, we have seen the various global trends in medical devices playing out within our own business. Typically, the trends of one year will blend into the new year and often beyond. In anticipation of the coming year, we isolated four med-tech trends that have had an impact on Circadiance in 2019 and will probably continue to present opportunities and challenges for 2020:

We're back from New Orleans and busy catching up on all that we learned and with all of the people we met there. Every year, AARC is helpful for building new relationships and reconnecting with old ones, making industry discoveries, and finding solutions to improve respiratory care around the world. This year was no different. Through the connections we made there, we discovered new markets to bring our products to and are now in the process of finding solutions for the arising problems that respiratory care professionals face every day.
