Medtech manufacturers operate in a complex and ever-changing regulatory environment. Complicated reimbursement rules can make payment lengthy, risky and difficult. Medical device design often requires the integration of multiple technical and clinical disciplines. So why do we do it? **We like helping people treat or overcome their health challenges.** There is little in life more important than health. It is satisfying to know that each day we help doctors treat patients -sometimes with serous medical conditions - return to good health. **Our staff at Circadiance understands that the company exists to help our customers** by solving problems for them. We are passionate about the success of the organization. And we understand the pre-requisite for personal success is the success of the company. **We like working with people in the medical device business.** From doctors, therapists and nurses, to our coworkers and colleagues in the Medtech space, we are surrounded by smart, caring people who are always thinking of the needs of their patients. No doubt it is a very competitive business, motivated by profit, but it is gratifying to know that we can do well by doing good. **We like a challenge.** We spend so much of our lives at work that it is very satisfying when we achieve our goals. Our staff embraces the company mission and believes it is a worthwhile use of a part of our time on earth. **Our mission is to provide Remote Patient Monitoring equipment** to Home and Hospital customers. The growth of Remote Patient Monitoring is being driven by the aging population with an increasing incidence of chronic diseases. We deploy technology that allows chronic conditions to be diagnosed, monitored and managed outside of the traditional clinical setting.
