Vision 2020 - COMMUNITY & MANAGEMENT

Posted by Circadiance on Dec 31, 2020 11:00:00 AM

Today is the last day of the year and the final part of our Vision 2020 blog series. To conclude the series, we share our vision for community and a special note on management from our CEO.

This past year has been important for us in maintaining/developing positive relationships with our customers, suppliers, consultants, employees, and other partners. We are proud to say that our company has been frequently featured in news articles, industry publications, and local media sources. Without great products, great service, great employees, great management, great environment, and great financial results—this would not have been possible. The best prospective employees in our community and in our industry seek to join our team. We are an authoritative source of information about issues in the markets we serve. Local and state governments and civic organizations see us as a community asset to be cherished and nurtured. They provide us with incentives for us to grow our operations within their areas. As we look to the new year, it has become a part of our vision to continue these trends and make a positive impact in our community.

Circadiance has a combination of loose / tight management system to ensure our success. It is tight in that we have clear goals and metrics against those goals. It is loose in that each person is empowered to address an opportunity when they find it. We allow time each month to address the unexpected idea or a surprise problem without disrupting our overall plan. Each major area of the business is under the guidance of a capable manager. Each manager has a capable staff. All parties are focused on delivering good financial results to our shareholders and sustaining growth.

I (David Groll) spend much of my time making sure we have the right people on the team and in the right places. It is my top priority to provide vision for the company and keep us on track throughout the year. Each internal and external interaction is an opportunity to reinforce the company vision. I am proud of the people at Circadiance and what we have accomplished this year.

To all our readers: thank you for following our blog and for inspiring us every day. We hope you have a happy new year!

—David Groll, CEO
