Circadiance has recognized the need for a cloud-based software solution with the same dependable traits to help hospitals and home care companies manage patient cases.
We have launched Synergy Cloud software to move monitoring programs into a new age of cloud-based patient management. This new tool takes all the functionality of Synergy-E online and adds additional features to help our customers save time and money on their infant monitoring processes. We recommend every monitoring program upgrade to the cloud since we have discontinued the development of Synergy-E. To assist you with your organization’s transition to the cloud, we have created a trade-in program to give you cash or credit toward your first Synergy Cloud subscriptions.
Here's how it works:
Any spare SmartMonitor 2 units that you have in your fleet can be sent to Circadiance and we will grant a corresponding credit* toward your Synergy Cloud subscriptions. This allows you to save on fleet management costs and move your organization to the cloud for less. To find out how much you could save on Synergy Cloud by trading in old monitors, contact your Circadiance sales representative.
Step-by-step:
- Contact us to get started.
- We’ll reach out to you to understand the status of your SmartMonitor 2 fleet and your future monitoring needs.
- We will provide you with a quote for Synergy Cloud.
- If you agree to move forward, we will issue you a return authorization for your units.
- Upon receipt, our service department will assess each unit’s condition to determine the final trade-in value.
- We will issue you a credit memo for this value which is contingent on your subscribing to Synergy Cloud within 90 days.
- If you do not subscribe to Synergy Cloud, we can apply the credit toward other product purchases or negotiate a cash offer.
- We will send you our Synergy Cloud subscription agreement for your review.
- Once you subscribe, we’ll set up your subscription with your trade-in discount applied.
- Our team will help you transition from Synergy-E to Synergy Cloud.
