Warranty:
Every SleepWeaver mask comes with a satisfaction guaranteed promise: If you don't like the product, you can return it to the location where it was purchased within 30 days of initial fitting or within 30 days of receiving the product. Registering your mask helps us and our reselling partners to check for quality issues related to the product and expedites the return process.
Circadiance also covers every SleepWeaver with a 90-day warranty. This means that the mask and headgear shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase by the initial consumer. If a defect is found, we need to know which product has an issue and quickly send out replacements as needed.
Product Development:
Registration also helps us to improve your SleepWeaver experience through new product development, quality control, and consumer-driven programs. The feedback we receive from our customers is invaluable to our engineering department.
